Privacy statement
Hardrada operates this website as a credibility and early-access site. This statement explains what personal data we collect when you contact us, why we process it, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you actively provide through our contact form: your name, your email address, and any message you choose to send. We also collect anonymous, cookieless usage statistics (such as page paths and referrers) that cannot identify you.
Why we process it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your request, to notify you when Hardrada opens for early access, and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your contact data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the contact form, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to enquiries about our service.
Retention
We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and our early-access relationship, and no longer than is necessary for that purpose. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Third parties
Your data is stored and processed by our hosting and email service providers, all located within the European Union. These providers act as processors on our behalf under data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Contact
To exercise any of these rights, or for any question about this statement, contact us at contact@hardrada.eu.
